Believe it or not, this dress is made entirely out of toilet paper. This is the sixth year running for the Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest, which should come as no surprise given the fantastic quality of the entrants. Last year’s winner, Ann Kagawa Lee, was inspired by Gone With the Wind to create this intricately folded gown. Contest winners for 2010 will be announced June 4th, so there’s not a lot of time left to get folding. Be sure to head over to CRAFTzine to see additional pictures of Ann’s phenomenal creation.

We are pleased to introduce Angela Deane and her Banter Banners (do check back…her Web site will be up and running soon…) at the Columbus Circle Holiday Market this year! We are always on the lookout for new and innovative offerings. Angela, an established clothing designer and artist, has transformed the mundane into the sublime at a whisp of a price (only $10 each). Instead of the old “Happy Birthday” (yes, it has its place), how about a bit of charm you can leave up for however long you like and pull out whenever you need a lift. This is a great stocking stuffer and a wonderful way to let friends and loved ones know how special they are (and that includes you, so pick a couple up for yourself). See some examples in the photo, but Twilight fans will have to visit Angela to find Edward Cullen’s.
